What happens if one person never pays?
Each group has a funding window, 24 hours by default. If it closes with a balance outstanding, every paid share is refunded automatically and you receive a group.expired event. You are never left with a half-paid order.
Do my customers need an account or an app?
No. The organizer shares a link by text, WhatsApp, or email, and each friend pays their share on a hosted page. Nothing to install and no signup.
When do I get paid?
Once the last share is in, the group is funded and you receive one payment for the full order. Payouts go to your business bank account through our payments partner Stripe.
How do I know when to fulfill?
Listen for the group.funded webhook. It carries your order reference, is signed with a plurel-signature header, and is retried until your endpoint returns 2xx.
How long does the integration take?
